Start up Packages

With Archangel Start Up Packages, starting up your own business has never been easier. It gives you the opportunity to completely set up your business from the formalities at Companies House to VAT registration and dealing with Her Majesty’s Custom and Excise to name but a few. With the Start Up Packages you can really put your business ideas and plans into practice knowing that you have the advantage of having set yourself up thoroughly and properly. All those unanswered questions of ‘how do I start?’ will be answered and finally you can put ideas to practice!

There are three Start up Packages available:

Option A - New Business Starter Package
Option B - New Business Consultancy Package
Option C - Web Marketing Package

Option A

New Business Starter Package (£195)

Archangel’s New Business Starter Package begins with an initial two hour consultation to explain to you and guide you through what will be expected of you to start your new business and what information you will need to provide to set up your business and what format the business should exist as.

The package also covers Registering your Company, if applicable, and dealing with Companies House on your behalf to register the Directors, Company Secretary, registered office and to set up accounting periods and share allocations.

Option B

New Business Consultancy Package (£995)

Archangel’s New Business Consultancy Package begins with a Free initial consultation either by telephone or, if possible in person, the parties meet up to discuss Archangel and its process of business consultancy & coaching and how it would be of value to your organisation.

If the parties are in agreement to go forward together then initial dates are set for the consultancy sessions.

The package consists of 4 sessions:

Session One
Identify, agree and set your personal and business goals.

Session Two
Formulate a business strategy & outline a marketing campaign

Session Three
Structure the business to achieve its best financial positioning

The 4 sessions take place over a period of a couple of months with preferably a two-week gap in between each session as Archangel will not just be working for your organisation at the sessions but also in the periods in between as the agreed plans, strategies and procedures are put together. The sessions take place at a mutually convenient location, whether Archangel’s offices, your residence/offices or an alternative venue.

The package also covers Registering your Company, if applicable, and dealing with Companies House on your behalf to register the Directors, Company Secretary, registered office and to set up accounting periods and share allocations.

If Option A is chosen and subsequently Option B is added then a £100 discount will be applied to Option B.

Option C

Web Marketing Package (£945)

Archangel’s Web Marketing Package consists of:

1. Setting up domain name registration for your website;

2. The construction of a standard 6 page business website;

3. 1 years hosting of the website;

4. Setting up two email boxes to your business i.e. a personally named mail box and a general info mail box; and

5. 1 years hosting of the email.

6. The provision of a comprehensive web marketing campaign strategy giving your new business maximum online exposure; and

7. 1 month’s management of the web marketing campaign strategy.
